Ian Shand has been part of ServiceFirst since its formation in 2008 and successfully led the ICT Services team until July 2014 when he commenced in the Director, Service Enablement role.
In his Service Enablement role, Ian provides strategic ‘back of house’ functions to support ServiceFirst's operational teams in delivering services to our clients. The Service Enablement function encompasses:
- Service Delivery
- Planning and Governance
- Quality Services
- Vendor and Contract Management.
