Director, Service Enablement: Jennifer Palmer

Jennifer Palmer has been part of the ServiceFirst leadership team since its inception in 2008, and was appointed as Director, Service Enablement, in March 2012.

Jennifer has extensive program and project management experience across multiple NSW Government departments, including NSW Health, the former Attorney General’s Department and the Department of Education and Training. She completed her Masters in Information and Communications Technology at the University of Wollongong in 1998.

Jennifer is also certified in the core skills and competencies for shared services after completing the Shared Services Manager Certification and Online Leaning Program for Shared Services and Outsourcing Professionals in 2011.

As Director, Service Enablement, Jennifer provides strategic leadership and high-level financial and corporate planning support and advice on quality, risk and governance. She also leads our strategic procurement and vendor management functions.
