Our NSW Government clients deliver a range of important policy and frontline services to people across metropolitan and regional NSW.
More than 80 clients use ServiceFirst to deliver one or more of their corporate services. Although they share a need for performance focussed, stable, informed service delivery, each has a unique set of business needs.
ServiceFirst supports the business of each client by enabling their corporate services strategy to meet Government and agency targets. Current challenges include attracting and retaining staff; providing a safe and healthy workplace; setting and monitoring budget; providing contemporary technology and information management; and assisting executives to deliver services at less cost.
We meet annually with our clients to establish a service plan that will deliver the right standard of service, and prepare for special projects such as agency restructures, introduction of new technology and services, or implementation of new policies. We also meet throughout the year to support service delivery, report performance, provide expert advice and implement special projects.
Each year, we conduct a client satisfaction survey and convene a client forum to respond to the results.
