An independent advisory board of shared service experts, public and private, will advise and drive the performance of ServiceFirst. The Board will be supported by a Client Council and an IT Steering Committee.

Ms Kim Cull, Consultant, with extensive experience in government and specific knowledge of many of ServiceFirst’s major clients and shared services arrangements. Ms Cull is Chair of the Advisory Board.

Mr Brian Keane, CIO and Director Shared Services for National Foods, is recognised internationally as a leader in shared services development.

Mr Arthur Skipitaris, Director of Shared Services nationally for Australia Post, has extensive experience in the leadership and development of large shared services operations.

Ms Francine Biddulph, Executive Director HR at ASIC has extensive experience and expertise in organisational reform and change management gained from a human resources career in the financial sector.

Mr Jack Crumlin, Principal of Norton Crumlin and Associates, was previously Partner at a number of major accounting firms. Mr Crumlin was responsible for shared services development in Ernst and Young and has experience in HR, change management, finance and accounting.
