Fair Trading Making New Facebook Friends

Fair Trading has new friends: almost 16,000 of them. The Department of Finance and Services (DFS) agency launched their official Facebook page in August 2012, and now boast an impressive and constantly-growing audience via the world’s largest social network.

Contact Centre Launch

ServiceFirst officially launched our Contact Centre on Tuesday, 2 April 2013. The new, one-stop-shop model means it is now much easier for customers to make a finance, HR, ICT or workplace service request. Read more

Cloud Computing

ServiceFirst customers will be trialling Cloud-based services as part of the NSW Government’s Cloud Computing revolution, following NSW Minister for Finance and Services, Greg Pearce's, announcement for a series of pilot programs across Government. ServiceFirst will be potentially offering ‘Messaging as a Service’ and ‘Desktop as a Service’ to clients.
